The Pharmaceutical Care Service for dependent patients is comprised of:
- Review of the medication and evaluation of therapy fulfilment and the patient's quality of life.
- Detection of Drug Related Problems (DRP) / Negative Outocmes related to Medication (NOM).
- Medication Management Review with Follow-up (MMRF).
- Personalised The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
