Lotte Fonnesbæk graduated as pharmacist in 1991. She started her carrier as a community pharmacist and was involved in the first large pharmaceutical care research project in Denmark.
In 1995 this work became a stepping stone to a job at Pharmakon, the Danish College of Pharmacy Practice in the Pharmacy Practice and Primary Health Care Division.
