There are a large number of proprietary topical ibuprofen formulations on the market, but in South Africa there is only one topical gel formulation available. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the in vitro release of ketoprofen from three extemporaneously prepared topical gel formulations containing different concentrations of carbopol.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
