BackgroundOutpatient pharmacists at a metropolitan hospital observed that sudden reductions in blood levels of immunosuppressants and antifungals post-allogeneic stem cell transplantation (aHSCT) appeared to precede hospital readmissions.
A retrospective cohort study examined patients undergoing aHSCT from 2014-2015. Blood levels and doses.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
