BackgroundZepatier (elbasvir and grazoprevir) is a directly acting antivirals (DAA) for treatment of chronic HCV genotype (GT) 1 or 4 infection in adults. It was approved by TFDA since Dec. 2016, then reimbursement for fibrosis 3 or 4 (F3 or 4) by NHI since Aug. 2017. Approximately 53% of HCV infected patients were genotype 1 in Taiwan, DAA was..
