Background
By establishing a digital platform, therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) would be simplified and further improve the quality of patient care.
Purpose
To understand whether the electronic TDM platform can improve healthcare quality or not.
Methods
The TDM system digitalization in a single tertiary referral hospital was implemented in May 2014... The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
