Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) can be defined as ‘an appreciably harmful or unpleasant reaction resulting from an intervention related to the use of a medicinal product. In Taiwan, the National Reporting Center of ADR reported in 2016 march, they collected reported ADRs cases were 12815 in 2015, and the top three symptoms were Rash、Rash..
