  • Abstract:

    Aims: This study was designed to increase tretinoin localization in the skin and decrease its percutaneous absorption by incorporation of the drug into niosomes. The influence of niosome composition, charge and vesicle size on the drug permeation through synthetic membrane and rat skin was investigated.
