  • Abstract:

    I. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains a lethal cancer with extremely low survival rates. First line clinical therapies, such as thermal ablation, suffer tumor recurrence rates near 40%. Incomplete ablation at tumor margins, poor drug formulation, and lack of drug targeting are suggested as major causes of poor clinical outcomes. Heat shock
