Lilian M. Azzopardi, head of Department of Pharmacy, University of Malta, took post as the new chair of FIP’s Academic Institutional Membership (AIM), during FIP’s Global Academic Leadership Forum in Brisbane today. “It is a privilege to take up the role of FIP AIM chair and have the opportunity to serve FIP within the global pharmacy education context. During my term, I look forward to nurturing connectivity, engagement and interaction so as to facilitate transformations in pharmacy education, research and scholarship that capture the evolving digital opportunities in learning and practice while emphasising a people-centric approach,” Professor Azzopardi said.
