Background: Fatty acid-binding proteins (FABPs) are involved in the intracellular transport of endogenous ligands. However, whether FABPs have the potential to bind to and effect the intracellular trafficking of exogenous lipophilic drugs remains incompletely understood.
Objective: To assess the differential binding profiles of lipophilic drugs to .. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
