Background: The drug risk management (DRM) system in Thailand has performed in various methods. In post marketing phase, the regulatory decision is decided after benefit and risk assessment from the Drug Safety Advisory subcommittee of Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA). Some new box or legal warnings were issued after drug marketing..
