Background: Felodipine being a poor soluble drug exhibits irregular absorption in the gastrointestinal tract and low bioavailability. Poor bioavailability leads to frequent dosing and poor patient compliance. To overcome the problem of poor bioavailability, felodipine is made into nanoparticles using biodegradable carrier poly lactic-co-glycolic..
