In vitro cell culture models for studying oral drug absorption during early stages of drug development have become a useful tool in drug discovery and development, with respect to substances throughput and reproducibility.
In order to design a model that more accurately mimics the intestinal epithelium, we propose an in vitro co-culture based on.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
