Many breast, ovarian & uterine cancers express estrogen receptors (ER) and are stimulated by estrogens (E). E does not stimulate ER+ cell proliferation in in vitro toxicity screening assays currently applied to novel drug candidates, although the in vivo clinical application of ER antagonists prevent tumour growth.
Dicathis orbita has.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
