Background
In Malta all medicines are only available from pharmacies. Over the counter (OTCs) medicines are mainly displayed behind the counter and are only purchased after an interaction with the pharmacist/pharmacy staff.
Aims
The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of the pharmacist on patients in selecting an OTC product and .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
