Rationale
: Miscommunication of health information often has significant implications in the elderly population due to a higher incidence of multiple comorbidities and complex medication regimens. Pictograms have the ability to simplify medication instructions and overcome literacy or language barriers. The ultimate results are improved medication.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
