Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are one of the most widely-used antidepressants inTaiwan over the last decade. Although its efficacy and safety have been accepted, recently, use of SSRIs has been linked to an increased risk of gastrointestinal hemorrhage (GIH).
