  Background:
  Following the introduction of a quality system for clinical pharmacy services at Karin Grech Rehabilitation Hospital (RHKG) an expansion of the quality management system to include non-clinical pharmacy services was needed.
  
  
  Method:
  Non-clinical pharmacy services were observed and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for 11 activities
