Microemulsions are thermodynamically stable systems with immense drug delivery potential. The present work is an endeavor to study the various attributes of microemulsions, starting from the selection of materials and optimization of influential components to effective topical delivery of highly lipophilic eutectic mixture of local anaesthetics.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
