Biodegradable polycaprolactone (PCL) nanocapsules are being extensively investigated for various drug delivery applications. Zidovudine is an antiretroviral drug and it is widely used around the word. This study reports the development and validation of analytical methodology for evaluation of zidovudine content in the polycaprolactone.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
