Background
As the relationship between pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and other health professions evolves and health care becomes increasingly complex, effective collaboration is ever more important to meet the needs of patients with complex health concerns. However, many health educators and practitioners struggle to embed the notion and The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
