Background: Developing clinical reasoning skills requires for the student to rely on several strategic (decision-making) knowledge units. This sort of knowledge is complex to build and better developed in practical settings, such as clinical rotations. As a complement to clinical rotations, a case-study approach provides a great learning.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
