US/Hungarian partnership to implement medication therapy management and public health services in Hungarian community pharmacies

Purpose of Project: To decrease the prevalence of cardiovascular disease, cancer and obesity in Hungary through the use of Hungarian pharmacists providing health promotion services in the community pharmacy. Project Plan: Train 28 pharmacists from various geographical areas of Hungary so they can provide health promotion services in the community.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
