Background and aims:..
To formulate salbutamol sulphate bioadhesive nasal inserts, having a high potential as nasal drug delivery and bypassing the first pass metabolism.
Methods: In-situ gelling bioadhesive inserts for systemic drug delivery of salbutamol sulfate (SS,1.4%) were prepared by film casting method of aqueous solutions of the drug and The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
