Camptothecin (CPT),a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor, was originally isolated from the fruits of the Chinese Camptotheca acuminate tree.
TRAIL receptors were examined by flow cytometric analysis. The cell apoptosis were detected by Annexin V Apoptosis Detection Kit combined with flow cytometry.
