Objective of the present research is to decrease the particle size and increase the aqueous solubility of poorly soluble antihyperlipidemic drug under BCS Class II. Simvastatin is derivate of a fermentation product of Aspergillus terreus and mainly used as antihyperlipidemic drug. The present work was focused on formulation of simvastatin loaded..
