The benzo[a]dihydrocarbazoles synthetized by Pappa et al showed low antiparasite activity against T. Cruzi.(1). At that time there were not any described studies about the biological mechanism. Starting from these results we carried out theoretical studies of chemical properties about the drugs mentioned above and doxorubicin, in order to improve.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
