The country of Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) is formed by two entities, the Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina (FB&H) and the Republic of Srpska (RS) as well as District Brcko DB). Currently, B&H still does not have united law on drugs that function on state level. The current system of geographical and political fragmentation drains all resources.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
