Kaixin-San (KXS), a traditional Chinese medicine, has been used in the treatment of depression. The present study was undertaken to investigate the effects of ethanolic extract of KXS (KXS-E) on depression in mice using forced swim test (FST) and tail suspension test (TST). It was observed that ethanol extract of KXS at doses of 90 mg/kg..
