Background
The adoption of Workforce Development Goals (WDGs) established by the FIP helps nations to ensure that their pharmacists are flexible, capable and adaptable to facing the country’s health challenges. This study is the first study on mapping WDGs to the challenges and current national plans of the pharmacy workforce in Indonesia.
