    Background

    Research is essential to the advancement of pharmacy practice and healthcare. But there is limited data about pharmacists’ competence and ability to conduct health-related research despite ‘Participate in research’ being a competency standard included in the National Competency Standards Framework for Pharmacists in Australia.
