Spheroids are small, free flowing, spherical or semispherical solid units, typically
about 0.5 to 1.5 mm in diameter and intended usually for oral administration. Cashew nut tree gum was isolated from cashew nut tree (Anacardium Occidentale) and was used as release modifier for the preparation of controlled release spheroids of Diclofenac.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
