  • Abstract:

    Background

    Clopidogrel resistance patients has been associated with increased mortality in acute coronary syndrome patients. A dose of clopidogrel 150 mg has been suggested as an alternative treatment.

    Purpose

    This study is to confirm if a double dose of clopidogrel is effective those who have resistance on a 75 mg normal dose.
