Objective: To evaluate the utilization of our automated alert system in preventing warfarin drug-drug interactions. Background: Warfarin has been the mainstay of oral anticoagulant therapy for over 50 years. The therapeutic effects may be affected by various factors, including patient's clinical conditions, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic..
