BackgroundsSolid lipid nanoparticle (SLNs) has been used as drug delivery system for various drugs and endocytosis has been proposed as uptake mechanism which enable the nanoparticles to evade the p-gp mediated MDR.
AimsTo reveal the endocytosis mechanisms utilized by SLNs in human breast cancer cell line, MCF-7 and its MDR variant cell lines,.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
