  • Abstract:

Renal transplantation is an accepted mode of therapy in children with severe renal failure. These patients could fail in taking their immunosuppressive and co-medications correctly. Also, it is necessary know factors that affect medication adherence. Graft losses and late acute rejection episodes are associated with nonadherence (NA).
