In recent years, the BCS has become a tool to aid on bioavailability prediction of drugs. Therefore, the evaluation of solubility and permeability of compounds provides indication about effectiveness of medicines, with advantages of consolidating in vitro models without risks for healthy volunteers.
The solubility was evaluated using the shake.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
