  • Abstract:

    Object: mining microbial natural products from candidate strains which potentially contain AHBA biosynthetic pathway using 3-amino-5-hydroxybenzoic acid (3, 5-AHBA) synthase genes as screening probe.

    Method: The degenerated PCR primers were designed from conserved regions of the AHBA synthase gene, three positive strains carrying AHBA synthase..
