Bisphosphonates are relatively new group of drugs with increasing use in the last 10 years all over the world, including Serbia. Their two main indications are osteoporosis and hypercalcemia in malignancy. In a short period of time, 13 bisphosphonate derivates have been approved in various countries: alendronate, clodronate, etidronate,..
