Selaginella tamariscina has been used as a herb medicine for the treatment of cancer and cardiovascular diseases in China. Bioflavonoids, such as amentoflavone, have been isolated from it before. To further identify its components, we have isolated three novel sterols bearing carboxyl group from the alcohol extract of Selaginella tamariscina by..
