OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of CYP3A4, CYP3A5 and MDR1 genetic polymorphisms and haplotypes on cyclosporine (CsA) disposition, and provide the guidance for individualizing patient's drug therapy based on the individual genetic profile in the field of organic transplantation. METHOD We detected CYP3A4*18A, CYP3A4*18B, CYP3A5*3 and MDR1 C3435T..
