Aim: To investigate the mechanisms of the dopaminergic neurons death in Parkinson Disease (PD), we studied the roles of the potassium channel in MPP+-induced cell death in wild type and alpha-synuclein-transfected SH-SY5Y. Methods: Wild type (WT) and A53T mutant alpha-synuclein-transfected SH-SY5Y were exposed to MPP+ (1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium) ..
