Elderly are at high risk for drug-related problems (DRPs). It is well recognized that genetic factors influence DRPs. Pharmacists are uniquely positioned to implement pharmacogenomic (PGx) services to minimize DRPs and maximize drug-related benefits for the elderly.
Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare/Medicaid program.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
