Anti-N-methyl-d-aspartate receptor (Anti-NMDA-R) encephalitis is an autoimmune related disease with symptoms including paraneoplastic syndrome, personality changes, autonomic dysfunction and neurologic decompensation. Cases with different mortality rate (0-100%) depend on variable treatment response.
