Terpenes are a class of permeation enhancer classified as generally regarded as safe. Terpene microemulsions (MEs) were recently developed and reported as a promising tool for percutaneous delivery.
Pseudoternary phase diagrams were constructed using water titration method. Oil in water MEs were formulated and prepared. pH, viscosity and average.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
