Regimens using multiple drugs with different pharmacological actions are adopted as a standard strategy for cancer treatment.
Poly(aspartic acid)-based block copolymer (PEO-b-PAsp) was selected to immobilize DOX and IRI in the polyelectrolyte complex nanoparticles (PCN) core, followed by incorporation of the whole assembly intoa lecithin..
