The layer-by-layer (LbL)-engineered particles are a promising group of therapeutic carriers with progressing applications in biomedical arena.
LbL assembly was done on liposome (2-layered and 10-layered) by sequential deposition of poly-L-lysine (PLL) and poly-L-aspartic acid-polyethylene glycol (PPG).
