Background: Community Pharmacy Professionals (CPP) plays a fundamental role in the monitoring of adverse drug reactions (ADR), since them establishing the connection with the patient before, during and after treatment. Good relationship between these two groups should be developed in order to promote active pharmacovigilance by patients.
