Health Literacy is a relatively new concept identified as having a profound impact on the overall health of individuals and, in the pharmacy setting, affects the capacity of people to use their medicines effectively. Health literacy is “The knowledge, motivation and competencies of a consumer to access, understand, appraise and apply health..
